AIR SUNSHINE
Air
Sunshine, "The Florida Keys Own Airline", flew from 1974 to 1979.
Originally known as AAT,
Air Sunshine operated a fleet of DC-3s and
Convair 440s from Miami and Tampa to the Florida Keys. The airline was
absorbed by Air
Florida in 1979.
Air Sunshine Douglas DC-3 N75KW at Key West in 1978.
Convair 440s were operated between Miami, Marathon, and Key West. N477KW is pictured on short final at Miami in 1978. This aircraft later flew with Ocean Airways.
