ATLANTIS AIRLINES

Atlantis claimed to be the first airline formed after the passage of deregulation in 1978. The airline served the Carolinas, Georgia, and Tennessee. The airline puchased Air Carolina in 1980 and later became part of the Eastern Express system, and flew until 1989.
