OCEAN AIRWAYS Ocean, formerly known as Monmouth, and Vero-Monmouth Airlines, took over Air South's Atlanta-based routes and Martin 404 fleet in January 1980. Within nine months the airline filed for bankruptcy. Former Air South / Florida Airlines Martin 404 N145S is pictured at Atlanta in early 1980. Both of Air Sunshine's former Convair 440s also flew with Ocean Airways.
