OCEAN AIRWAYS
Ocean, formerly known as Monmouth, and Vero-Monmouth
Airlines, took over Air South's
Atlanta-based routes and Martin 404 fleet in January 1980. Within nine
months the airline filed for bankruptcy.

Both of Air Sunshine's former Convair 440s also flew with Ocean Airways.
