SLOCUM AIRLINES Between 1981 and 1984, Slocum operated Britten Norman Islanders, Cessna 402s, and Tri-Islanders across Florida, with routes extending to the Bahamas, as well as to Savannah and Atlanta, GA, and Hilton Head Island, SC. Slocum also operated as Air Florida Commuter for a short period. The flight time on the nonstop Miami - Savannah route was 2 hours and 20 minutes, quite a haul in an unpressurized commuter aircraft smaller than a station wagon. ![]() NEXT AIRLINE: SOUTHEAST AIRLINES BACK TO GALLERY INDEX For additional timetable images and information, visit the Slocum pages at Air Times.
